Origin of Tea
This tea is sourced from the original wild tea gardens in the deep mountains of Yunnan. The tea plants grow together with the forest, and have not been interfered with by humans for over several decades, absorbing the essence of the mountain wilderness. In the early spring of 2020, it was first picked with one bud and two leaves. It was hand-fermented, pressed with a stone mill, and sealed with traditional techniques to preserve the most original wild fragrance.
Flavor Code
Dried Tea: The thick and plump, moderately firm cake-shaped leaves possess the potential for aging.
Aroma: The infusion emits a fragrant aroma of orchids, with a lingering sweet fragrance at the bottom of the cup.
Taste: On the palate, it is fresh and sharp, like a rushing mountain stream; after the third infusion, the tea soup becomes mellow, with the sweet and smooth flavor of wild honey intertwined with the slightly bitter flavor of olives, and the throat sensation is deep and profound like being in a secluded valley.
Leaf Base: It is flexible and active, with a uniform and bright yellow-green color. The leaf serrations are distinct, fully demonstrating the genetic traits of a big tree tea.
